Public Application Link

Public application links let candidates apply and interview without being manually added first.

How It Works

Each job has a unique public URL. When candidates visit this link, they:

  1. Enter their name, email, and phone number
  2. Click to start their interview immediately
  3. Receive a call from the AI interviewer

Candidates who apply this way are automatically added to your candidates list.

Where to Use It

  • Post on job boards
  • Include in job advertisements
  • Add to your careers page
  • Share on social media
  • Include in recruitment emails

Public Application Settings

Enable/Disable

Toggle whether the public link is active. When disabled, visitors see a message that the role is no longer accepting applications.

Confirmation Messages

Optionally send candidates a confirmation after they apply:

  • SMS Confirmation: A text message confirming their application
  • Email Confirmation: An email confirming their application with more detail

Confirmation Templates

Customise what candidates receive after applying. Same placeholders are available as invitation templates.

The Public Link

Your public application URL looks like:

https://app.scoutup.ai/apply/[unique-code]

Copy this link from the Public Link tab. The link remains the same for the life of the job.

Requirements

  • Job must be Active for the public link to work
  • Interview questions must be configured
